Prevention Lifeline

Dial 988: Connects you with a crisis center closest to your location and the call will be answered by a trained crisis worker who will listen empathetically, work to ensure you feel safe, and identify options about mental health services in your area.

Trevor Project Lifeline

800-788-7386: Supporting LGBTQ+ youth and allies in crisis or in need of a safe, empathetic, and judgement-free ear.

Substance Abuse Service Helpline

844-803-7500: Provides screening, resources, and service referrals regarding substance use disorders, operated by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Helpline

800-950-6264: NAMI Helpline volunteers answer questions, offer support, and provide practical next steps for mental health related issues.  Available Monday - Friday, 10am - 10pm ET.
